Our local paddling waters are home to the unique - and endangered - southern resident population of killer whales. Spend an evening with Rachael Merrett, Georgia Strait Alliance's Species Protection Coordinator, and learn how our perception and understanding of these magnificent marine mammals has evolved, about the threats facing them and the opportunities you have to make a difference. Plus get the first look at the latest initiatives GSA is unveiling to protect our Orca.

Doors open at 6:30PM, presentation starts at 7PM. Admission is free; donations for GSA gratefully accepted. Bevies available by donation.
