For Sale: Totally Overhauled Pygmy Coho Wood Sea Kayak . Almost like new.

I stripped it AND Fixed: any epoxy/fiberglass scratches; resealed both bulkheads; new varnish; new seat foam; new pinstriping; all new decking hardware/bungees/straps; and added perimeter deck line.

This is one of the best touring Sea/Lake Kayaks for anykind of water (except Class II and above rapids). It is gorgeious, light, and strong. It tracks well and most folks do not add the optional rudder.

It includes a Sawyer Wooden Paddle, a Snap Dragon Sprayskirt, and the optional hatches and perimiter deck lines.

I live in Eugene but will delver the kayak to you after the sale. I am also willing to have a third party (store, friend, Paddle Club) inspect it for you if you can't make it to Eugene. My cell number is five-four-one - nine-one-three-eight-one-one-eight. Call or text anytime. $1,699.00 or best reasonable offer.

    These Reviews speak for themselves!

Voted Best Wooden Kayak by Sea Kayaker Magazine's Reader's Choice

"The Coho has been on the market for 14 years and hasn't lost any of its appeal. When we reviewed the Coho in 1998, it drew high praise from a 5'2" woman and a 6'2" man alike... For our reviewers the Coho was 'beautifully responsive' and 'tracked quite well.' One put it 'on the top of my list for an expedition-style kayak. I would recommend it to anyone.'"

Coho Review, in Sea Kayaker Magazine

"Of all of the boats I have reviewed, the Coho is my hands-down favorite. The combination of light weight and superb handling make this a wonderful boat. It is a good-tracking cruising boat I would recommend to anyone, whether novice or an experienced paddler.”(VS).
