Fraser through the canyon

Does anyone know exactly how fast/rough/what class is most of the Fraser is going through the canyon, say lytton to yale area? if it's safe enough i thought it would be a neat run. then again,if its seriously rough its a suicidal mission to attempt at my skill level(or lack of)
