just found out the atlantis kayaks is just working on a front deck day hatch idea!

can't wait to see it 8O :D
 
Front day hatch is great if you wanna access it on the water. the prijon setup with the big neoprene sock seems very useful on the go. Can't say i am quite comfy with twisting and reaching back opening the day hatch,fishing something out of it and closing it if the water isn't very calm.
but i have to say the day hatch with the vcp cover on my elaho works great for stuff you wanna get to on a lunch break.
